Our strength lies in people. Fostering community and cultivating teamwork are recipes for success, but it is equally important that we support our colleagues.
We internally conducted an “Employee Wellness Survey” and findings showed that 74% of participants indicated that they are not aware of whether they have any type of health concerns such as high BP, diabetes, high cholesterol and the like. With their selected interests in preferred wellness programmes, we created Mega Fortris Cares.
Starting with a pre-launch event, we held a Health Talk on 6 April 2026, where having a balanced diet, regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight are essential to preventing diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Following that, Mega Fortris Cares was launched on 7 April 2026. It is a platform with meaningful long-term impact by fostering a healthy, safe and supportive work environment, enhancing employee wellbeing, and strengthening engagement across our workforce.
Our Mega Fortris Cares initiatives are a vital part of our commitment to social sustainability, designed in alignment with our sustainability pillar, Empowering People. We recognise that prioritising employee wellbeing is fundamental to enhancing productivity, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring long-term organisational sustainability.
