Lucky Draw – Boarding Pass Information

  1. This boarding pass provides the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a return Business Class journey to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, inclusive of five (5) consecutive nights’ accommodation at a four-star hotel.
  2. To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must tear off the designated stub from their boarding pass and deposit it into the official draw box to complete their entry.
  3. One (1) activated boarding pass will be drawn during the ICRAV 2026 Gala Dinner.
  4. Terms & Conditions apply.
  5. The winner must present their original boarding pass to verify the winning stub during the Gala Dinner announcement.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to registered ICRAV 2026 delegates only.
  2. Only one (1) winner will be selected during the ICRAV 2026 Gala Dinner.
  3. The prize includes two (2) Business Class return (round-trip) air tickets to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from the winner’s home country, and five (5) consecutive nights’ accommodation at a four-star hotel in Malaysia.
  4. Travel must be booked and completed within twelve (12) months from the draw date and is subject to availability and applicable airline and hotel terms and conditions.
  5. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  6. Each boarding pass is valid for one (1) entry only.
  7. Only entries where the physical boarding pass stub is deposited during the Gala Dinner will be eligible for the draw.
  8. Boarding passes that are damaged, altered, incomplete, or with an illegible serial number will be deemed invalid.
  9. The winner must present their original boarding pass to verify the winning stub during the Gala Dinner announcement.
  10. Mega Fortris Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  11. All decisions made by the organiser are final and binding.
  12. Mega Fortris Group shall not be responsible or liable for the personal safety, security, health, or travel insurance of the prize winner or any accompanying person during the travel period.
  13. All travel arrangements are undertaken at the winner’s own risk, and the winner is solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, visas, travel insurance, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
  14. Mega Fortris Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, accident, or expense arising from or in connection with the acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Data Protection & Privacy (PDPA)

  1. By participating in this prize draw, participants consent to the collection, use, processing, and storage of their personal data for purposes relating to administration of the prize draw, verification of entries, winner announcement, and prize fulfilment.
  2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment or as required by law.
  3. Participants may be required to provide additional information for verification purposes. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

  1. This prize draw is conducted as a promotional activity and is not intended to influence, induce, or reward any improper business decision or advantage.
  2. Employees of government bodies, state-owned enterprises, or public authorities are responsible for ensuring their participation and acceptance of the prize comply with their internal policies, codes of conduct, and applicable laws.
  3. Mega Fortris Group reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or substitute the prize if participation or acceptance is found to contravene any applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, or ethics laws or policies.
  4. Participation in the prize draw constitutes confirmation that the participant’s entry and acceptance of any prize do not breach any legal, regulatory, or organisational obligations.

Disclaimer & Acknowledgement

  1. Mega Fortris Group reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the prize draw to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  2. All decisions made by the organiser in relation to compliance matters shall be final and binding.
  3. By participating in the prize draw, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the ABAC provisions, data protection and privacy notice, and limitation of liability disclaimer.
  4. The participant further confirms that they freely and expressly consent to all matters stated above and that their participation and acceptance of any prize comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
